ABOUT US

About American Coat of Arms

American Coat of Arms was founded on a simple belief:

Freedom is not self-sustaining.

The history behind the meaning of the name of this site is that the Virginia Declaration of Rights, which preceded the Declaration of Independence, states therein that it is founded upon the Magna Carta (Magna Charta - The Great Charter) of the year 1215, where 25 Barons assembled to confront King John for his abuses, and refused to obey his orders to go to war unless he made them equal to him in law.  That peaceful rebellion resulted in the Great Charter - an agreement that the King was not superior to the Barons.  King John then reneged on the agreement as most tyrants do, and then he died, but when his son, King Henry II came to power, the Barons were already rebelling for the breach of agreement, and then came the "Charter of the Forest", which  made ALL PEOPLE EQUAL TO THE KING as God created all men with certain inalienable rights.  Those principles of understanding and agreement carried through to the Declaration of Independence, when King George III was becoming abusive similar to how King John had, the final straw that broke the camel's back was the unfair taxation imposed on the colonies (hence the Boston Tea Party) - so created for the intent to again subject the people of the colonies that had been granted ALLODIAL TITLE (absolute ownership - not subject to taxation or lien or foreclosure) OF THEIR LANDS and assets, to be back under the control of the King - by regulating trade by taxation and the punishment of blockade - such acts being acts of intimidation.  This declaration was an act of Treason against the King, and the Colonist knew the risks, but believed in their God given Rights to be FREE from such tyranny.  The King then waged war against them, hence the American Revolution.  During the revolution, the Colonist plowed full steam ahead and created the Constitution, followed by the Declaration of Rights - and most paid for that with their lives.

It is these documents that were paid for by the blood of our founding fathers that are our shields - collectively our AMERICAN COAT OF ARMS.  But it is not an inherent right that lives on by its own, where tyrants just conform as required and expected.  It is the nature of some people to be tyrants, people who will always seek power over others and will use manipulations and exploitation to commit treason against the Constitution and the people and conspire with other like-minded people in government to take back the power We the People hold over them by design and intent.  It is therefore the DUTY of We The People - the masters standing over our servants (servants who volunteered for the job and swore oaths to protect our rights), to always be vigilant in the duty to protect those documents and our rights - with our lives if necessary, and sometimes that replenishment is the sacrifice of our blood that pours into those documents that keep it alive and strong.  The images I've created in this site are my own effort to encourage those that hold these truths to be sacred, to encourage the masses by example and expression of unity in such beliefs and to know their duty to take a stand and defend their own rights while defending those of all other Americans - against the wannabe tyrants of today.

Every generation inherits the blessings of liberty from those who came before them, but each generation must also decide whether those blessings are worth preserving for those who come after.

This project began with the idea that the tyrants are always trying to burn our Constitutional protections and that attempt has caused the American People to erupt from the heart of the people expressed from said Constitution as the People in unity as the Pissed Off Eagle, which is itself a creative expression of patriotism, history, personal responsibility, and the enduring principles upon which the United States was founded. Through artwork, products, and future projects, our goal is to celebrate the American spirit while encouraging thoughtful discussion about the rights, responsibilities, and freedoms that belong to all people.

More Than Merchandise

The products offered through this website are more than mugs, tumblers, apparel, prints, and other items.

They are expressions of ideas.

Ideas about liberty.

Ideas about personal responsibility.

Ideas about self-government.

Ideas about honoring those who sacrificed to secure freedoms that many take for granted.

Whether you agree with every message expressed through our artwork or not, we believe that freedom of expression remains one of the cornerstones of a free society. Open discussion, respectful disagreement, and the exchange of ideas are essential components of liberty.

The Pissed Off Eagle

The Pissed Off Eagle has become both the flagship symbol and mascot of American Coat of Arms.

The image represents more than anger.

It represents vigilance.

It represents frustration when principles are ignored.

It represents the belief that the rights of the people deserve to be respected and protected.

It represents the idea that government exists to serve the people, not the other way around.

The Eagle's expression is intended to symbolize the voice of citizens who care deeply about their communities, their nation, and the preservation of constitutional principles.

Veteran Owned

American Coat of Arms is proudly Veteran-owned.

Military service teaches many lessons, but among the most important are duty, accountability, integrity, and the understanding that an oath carries meaning.

We believe those values should not end when a uniform comes off.

The same principles of honor, accountability, and responsibility that are expected of those who serve in uniform should also be expected of those entrusted with public office and public authority.

A constitutional republic functions only when public servants faithfully honor the responsibilities entrusted to them and when citizens remain engaged in protecting the freedoms they inherited.

A Community of Patriots

American Coat of Arms is not intended to be merely an online store.

It is intended to be a gathering place for those who appreciate history, value freedom, respect individual rights, and understand that preserving liberty requires participation.

We welcome artists, authors, photographers, creators, veterans, and patriots who share a commitment to peaceful expression, honest discussion, and the principles of a free society.

Respectful Expression

Not everyone will agree with every message, image, opinion, or artistic theme represented on this website.

That is perfectly acceptable.

Freedom includes the right to disagree.

However, disagreement does not justify harassment, threats, defamation, or other conduct intended to cause harm to individuals or their reputations. We support respectful dialogue and civil discourse, even when viewpoints differ.

Our Commitment

Our goal is simple:

To create quality products, meaningful artwork, and a place where the principles of liberty, responsibility, and freedom can continue to be celebrated and discussed.

We appreciate your visit, your support, and your willingness to be part of that mission.

Thank you for supporting American Coat of Arms.

God Bless America.
