American Coat of Arms is a Veteran-owned small business dedicated to creating unique patriotic artwork and products that celebrate the principles, history, and spirit of the American people. When you place an order with us, you are supporting an independent American business, and we take that trust seriously. Our honor and reputation are tied to every order we receive.
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party print-on-demand partner. Orders are professionally printed and shipped directly from their production facilities. We have selected fulfillment partners with strong reputations for quality and customer satisfaction. However, no manufacturing process is perfect, and mistakes can occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing error, or otherwise does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us and we will do our best to help make the situation right.
Production Time
Because each item is custom made specifically for you after your order is placed, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Production times may vary during holidays, periods of unusually high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
After production is complete, typical shipping times are:

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International orders generally arrive within 5–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination country, customs processing, local postal systems, and other factors outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information whenever available. Tracking information allows you to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.
Multiple Product Orders
Some products may be manufactured and shipped from different facilities. As a result, orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because all products are custom made to order, we are often unable to modify, cancel, or change an order once production has begun.
If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever feasible.
